Download the Marcy’s Kitchen App on the App Store to place a delivery order. After pickup, delivery is handled by a third-party service, and we’re unable to control the order once it leaves our kitchen:

Timing & Order Details

To prepare everything fresh and get it right, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for large catering orders.

After you place your order through the Marcy’s Kitchen app or online menu:

• We’ll either confirm your order right away, or

• Give you a quick call to review details and timing

This helps ensure everything is prepared exactly as expected.

A Note About Busy Nights & Large Orders

Our kitchen space is limited, and large catering orders placed during peak hours can impact service for walk-in guests.

For catering orders over $300, especially those scheduled during our busiest retail hours, we include a small service fee. This allows us to:

• Staff appropriately

• Prepare orders with care

• Maintain great service for both catering and in-store guests
